{ AMARA - Syria Fundraiser }

The wonderful girls at AMARA (Australian Muslims Aid & Relief Assoc) are at it again! This time they are donating their time and effort to organise a fundraiser for Syria. The last fundraiser for Somalia raised just under $60,000.00 with 100% of the money going directly to the needy in Somalia!!!! Wasn't that a fab effort???



This is where you lovely ladies come into the equation. They need your help again. The widget on the top right hand side ------------------> is one way they are raising much needed money for Syria. If you all donated at least $1.00 that would make a considerable amount of money. The money goes straight through paypal and you can pay via paypal or with a credit card. Please please think of those in need and those that are suffering in this difficult time.

I am LOVING Ayo. She is my flavour of the month!! I don't know if its just me but I go through phases where I get OBSESSED with a particular singer for a while then get sick of them and move onto another. Does anyone else do that??

It's always a sad affair when you farewell family members at the airport. Today was such a day for me as I said goodbye to my mother as she hopped on the plane bound for overseas. It was also a super cold autumn day so we were all rugged up. It was funny because my two sisters and l all turned up with our trench's on! Oh and the pic of the house above is a heritage house that I happened to pass by and thought how I would love to own it.

The weekend here in Melbourne was a stunner!! We have had quite a few dreary days so sunny days were more then welcome. I spent it doing outdoorsy things. I started off at Moomba but quickly retreated to a more relaxing and laid back beach.

I love love love this look! Especially the skirt. I have been looking for this skirt for what seems like forever. Biker jacket over pretty feminine skirt = classic (well in my books anyway!). But it's something about leather jackets which I cant actually pinpoint that doesn't sit well with me. As my sisters can testify I have purchased so many leather jackets only to end up selling them on ebay because I hardly ever wear them. I love them heaps but cant seem to walk out the door with it on. Weird yeah I know.
